The CLR Discipline Framework Fidelity Assessment Tool© (a CLR version of the TFI) is used to conduct initial and periodic follow-up assessments of the level of alignment between the current schoolwide or districtwide discipline framework and the principles of CLR.

The CLR-PBIS/MTSS Classroom Assessment© (a CLR version of the TFI Classroom Tracker) is used to conduct an initial assessment and periodic follow-up assessments of how CLR the Tier 1 practices are in 10% of classes randomly selected at a school site.

The CLR-PBIS/MTSS Common Areas Assessment© (a CLR version of the TFI Common Areas Tracker) is used to conduct initial and periodic follow-up assessments of how CLR the Tier 1 practices are in common areas of the school (e.g., playground, hallways, cafeteria).

Data from these initial and periodic assessment tools are compiled in a report and used for evidence-based decision-making.

One-on-one guidance is provided to a school site’s PBIS/MTSS leadership team for aligning all systems, practices, and data across all three tiers.

This option can be bundled with all Tier 2 CLR-PBIS PLEs.

One-on-one guidance of a school site’s PBIS/MTSS leadership team for a specific CLR-PBIS element (e.g., identifying and selecting schoolwide expectations that are CLR, developing a CLR behavior matrix, feedback on the 3-column method, etc.)

This option can be bundled with a specific CLR-PBIS PLE (e.g., the Identifying and Selecting CLR Procedures for Discouraging “Problem” Behaviors PLE ), which can be combined with one-on-one consulting.

One-on-one guidance of a school site’s PBIS/MTSS Tier 2 and Tier 3 teams.

This option can be bundled with the Aligning Tier 2 and Tier 3 Supports with CLR PLE.
